It's pretty awesome to be a part of the Wasatch family! South Regionals is next week! They are May 19-21 in San Antonio! Pretty neat seeing the #wasatchbrutes go forth and dominate! The biggest thing I have learned is that retesting is very important, resting in a quick fashion is also very important! If you threw down last Saturday, this will look familiar thank you crossfit.com for this nasty little couplet.
