Welcome to CrossFit Race


CrossFit Race is the culmination of a dream that began more than three years ago. When we started CrossFitting in a tiny, cramped space on our military installation, all we could think about was opening our own space and sharing what we love with everyone around us. Way before we had the opportunity to do this on a professional basis, we started dragging all of our friends and anybody who would listen to the gym with us to show them how well the program works. What transpired from those early sessions was amazing. CrossFit got us all in better shape, of course, but what we found was something more…a community. We loved getting in better shape to carry out our mission, but what we loved even more was doing it together. We want to share that type of experience with everybody who walks through our doors.

Is CrossFit for Me?

The quick answer: an unequivocal yes! We have trained with every type of person-young, old, athletic, and complete novices alike. If you can’t do a pull-up, we will help you reach that milestone and surpass it. If you want to run a marathon, we can help get you there without injury. If you just want to be in shape for the daily trials of life, we understand that, too. Here you will find an environment conducive to reaching any goal you have, with coaches who understand your needs and are here to tailor the program to fit your abilities. You will find a community genuinely excited to see you reach those goals and support you every step of the way. Simply put, this program is for EVERYONE!
